40. FEMA and FAA reportedly stopped mosquito spraying on Monday
according to a scanner broadcast from a ground worker today..he sounded pretty frustrated.
This came out as someone from another county was asking who would be in charge of the planes...it's not FEMA...the state has contracted with the planes. The county worker reminded the guy that there were 3 counties that had to be done.

Now, I probably don't want to know the answer to this...but was the mosquito spraying delayed on Monday because chimp was in town..they guy specifically said both FAA and FEMA refused to OK it to happen on Monday.
