At the same time, I think if **'s ratings are low, this is the opportune time for it to happen--early in the second residency. They will then try to redeem/revive him as the greatest human being ever by 2008.

(If Hophead Limbaaah is advocating a ceasefire in Iraq, you know he's only mouthing their plans. The 90-day ceasefire will be their attempt to turn the corner. It won't work, just another way to fudge the numbers. Of course they'll start bragging about how there haven't been any casualties once they do this--and the sheeple will eat it up.)
