49. I'm glad her son lived, but she is an awful person
for believing that her prayers and attitude are perfect while judging grieving Mothers.


With her fundamentalist way of thinking, does she not realize that her own prayers weren't quite positive enough. Her son did get injured. After all, there are many who do come home that haven't been physically wounded. In her world, that must mean that their Mother's did a better job praying and her own prayers failed because she wasn't as positive as she should have been.
