Teens will have sex anyways and a lot of them don't even consider oral sex as sex. :eyes: I think they should at least in bathrooms sell condom's and other things as well. I remember one time on Laura Flanders' show she had a girl on who went through the abstience only program in Texas that Bush started. She was saying how her fellow classmate's would come to her for information on diseases and how to get condom's and birth control. What if a teen has sex and they get a disease and it's too late when they find out what the problem is?
