I think once we all get our wills set up we should send them to Shrub, Jeb, Frist and DeLay. We have had several friends send us "requests" for death with dignity so we can keep them on file in case this type of issue comes up in their lives. Our gay friends are terrified -- especially the ones living in Virginia and Georgia -- the laws in those states don't recognize same-sex Powers of Attorney or Medical Power of Attorney, etc. documents.
