I was a bit confused about whether I needed to pick "Quasi-cash" or could just do "service" for type of sale so as to avoid the cash advance fees they warned me about in a box. I did "service" and hope this goes through fine. Will, you asked for any info on making the directions clearer which is why I offered this. Other than that, the process was easy.
