He finally realized that he's totally screwed the pooch with the Iraq war and his sense of honor requires him to move aside and let someone more competent (and grounded in reality) try to bring some order to the utter shitstorm we're in there......What the f**k am I thinking, this is DUMSFELD we're talking about...
