Just generally. Remember, it has to be 50 miles from any restaurant other than the ones mentioned here!
I live in Houston, Texas--just north of Downtown.
Edited after reading your post about "honeycomb tripe": Calvin Trillin, famous Liberal foodie, says he prefers Mexican restaurants that serve tripe. He doesn't order it, but sees tripe on the menu as a test of authenticity. (Plenty of places like that in my town--& all sorts of other places.)
Apparently you've got a problem with restaurants that cater to the wrong sort of people. Clue: guess who's back in the kitchen?
