Our military is great at destroying stuff, but as for controlling a civilian population, they are bumbling idiots. They can't control Iraq or Afghanistan, so how can they possibly control a country like this one, which is even more full of gun-toting ideologues than Iraq is? Dozens of cities with millions of disaffected people packed densely into them? No way.

Bush cannot control America to the extent depicted in the original post. All he can do is destroy it. No problemo there.
