Some are going to have sex, some aren't. If they are going to make the choice to have sex, it is better for them to have the proper info on STD's and pregnancy so they don't completely ruin their lives.

I had sex when I was a teenager. If I had it to do over, I would not. So, on the record, it was a mistake, at least for me. But at least I didn't end up with a baby at 15 or AIDS b/c I had enough info to protect myself.
