Kerry must stay positive in presenting a vision for his term that people will want to relate to.

But, Kerry must also respond to any Repug attacks in kind. They go negative, go twice as negative. Kerry, of course, shouldn't be the one doing the attacking. A few Dems with spine must carry the battle colors.

We on the left have to demonstrate that the days of lying down and taking Repug crap are over. From now on, we'll meet any attack with an overwhelming counter-attack.
