I just figure we need to consider the source. He does nothing but make himself look stupid by saying things like this.

The f-word (the one referring to homosexuals) is extremely offensive to me. Girlie-men just sounds ridiculous. It's like when I get called a cracker, I don't get offended, because it's a pretty stupid insult.

Hey, you're within your right to be offended. I'm not saying that you're not. But just like with Cheney's little outburst, I think you're beating against a brick wall. You're right; this kind of behavior is here to stay.

And I don't think your post should be deleted, because you made a decent point. I'm sorry though if I just can't get all up in arms about some ignorant meathead making a stupid comment.

on edit: Let me clarify - in answer to the question posed in the thread title: Do I think he should apologize? Yes. Do I think he will? No.
