1. Make cocaine legally available to rich folks like myself.
2. Outlaw the poor.
3. Sell all gov't assets to my friends.
4. Outlaw Democrats.
5. Declare four years of marshall law.
6. Give all my new laws happy names.
7. Clear brush.
8. Hire more of those neat-o mercenaries and get rid of all those moochers who join the military for reasons other than profit.
9. Bomb the middle east, and wait in Cheney's bunker for the rapture.
10. Assume my rightful place in Heaven as right hand man to the heavenly father, Dick Cheney.
