This site had some of the best updates last year on the progress of the Iraq war. Reportedly using Russian intelligence, they provided a counterweight to the Pollyanna reporting of the American media. They were more pessimistic about the invasion and reported casualties, mechanical problems, and resistance that were left out of US reports. I have kept visitng the site since they have a selection of daily international articles on Iraq and other issues in English translation. Does this indicate a temporary link problem or does it look like they are taking the English translation down? |
