I am not sure that any of the candidates hold the power to do much in the way of affecting the votes in the primary. I am not saying it couldnt hapen I just dont think it will be an issue in the primaries.
However I would like to see it addressed sooner.
I was thinking of reasons why they would hold off and the only conclusion i can come to is that it is a difficult thing to explain to people so that they get it. It can come accross as very tinfoil hat regardless of the fact that it isnt. I think they are waiting because they dont want to give either the other candidates or the media the oportunity to spin him as a conspiracy nut till after he has the nod is sown up.
Not that bush and co will go any easier on it I dont think but judging by the way the dems are spining him so far I think he is wise to leave this till he is up against bush who has a litany of things to point to that help make the case for BBV.
Also he will have a lot more control of the message he gets out if/when he becomes the nominee.
I wish I had had more time to grill him on it. like I said though I only got to ask it as he was going out the door.
I will be seeing him again though and I will harp on it again.
In the mean time I encourage everyone to send info to the dean campaing and all the others as well to try and get at least the staff educated on it if not the candidate themseves directly.
HUGE oproblem is a good start. I hope to see a lot more.
