2. Problem - in the Cleveland area, 95 percent of the billboards
have "Clear Channel" down at the bottom, where it says who owns the billboard . . . and wasn't one tried in southwest Ohio, where they first said "We don't do personal attacks" and then "We'll let you, but you have to put Paid for by the Democratic Party, unlike all the personal attacks on Dems that we never forced to have Paid for by the Republican Party on them".
