but i'd always try the peaceful, civil approach first especially if you live right next door and not on a big spread. It saddens me that you have been the victim of ignorance but I still can't help feeling that you may be a little confrontational yourself. I guess exercising the right to bear arms can have that effect on a guy.
I've had dealings in the past with people who seem to be so stupid you have to knock them over the head with a heavy blunt instrument before they take the hint but they weren't the folk mentioned in my earlier post. Numbnuts tend to be pretty godless unless swearing to God/mother's grave/little boy's life they're telling the truth, a barely disguised euphemism for lying ). Yes it takes legal action and flashing neon signs with 10 foot high lettering to get the message through. Thankfully these occasions are very, very rare and purely on the law of averages I'd be inclined to give anyone the benefit of the doubt that they aren't that stupid.
