internally easy so that investigation was not delayed.
The only reason Bush ordered illegal eavesdropping was to avoid scrutiny which would reveal who the person or persons being surveyed. There is no other reason for avoiding a court order, certainly not expediency. IMHO, Bush's political enemies were being illegally spied upon. Just like Nixon, birds of a feather. IMPEACH!:nuke:
