Why not use it on the foreigners, too? The Greatest Propaganda Machine in all of History...The Bushevik Party-Loyal Sub-Media...retrofitted to bring Goebbels v2.0 to the world after it's amazingly successful debut in bringing BushPutinism to America, and really triggering it's re-emergence in Russia after a brief flirtation with the Old American-style governance that the Busheviks have eradicated (not quite fully, yet).
Why the hell not begin exporting the building-blocks of BushPutinism to the Third World?
