The difference between Us and Them is that they WANT at least a token American Presence in the Region, and we don't, because our Presence is the SOURCE of our Problems with Them. If we stay, We need a line of Cannon Fodder at least 3 Xs as long as the 2,000+ already Dead, not to mention all of the WOUNDED . . . .

Some Democrats want a minimal American token Presence on however many Permanent Bases, ergo 10+ years of Development time for those permanent bases, and Many MORE Dead and Wounded to establish an Islamist State that won't actually solve anything because no one is re-drawing the borders of the countries along Tribal lines, because the Invasion has never been about Solutions. It has always been about the Oil. Permanent Bases on the Pipelines = the Oil and "we" are sitting on the on-off spigotts, as China rises to economic , and possible military, dominance of the world. Some Democrats want this Oil Choke Chain around China's Neck. The People are just supposed to step up and Volunteer to back it up, by dying Where-ever, no questions asked about the Outcomes at Home.
