Do you take a risk he's comparatively harmless?
Do you take a risk he's comparatively harmless and believe the rest of the passangers won't freak out if you continue to let him run amok?
Do you take a risk that he COULD be a danger?
We're still human. And this isn't a game of Chess. Real lives are at stake. MANY lives.
Whatever happened to "the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few"? Even in cases requiring decisions we may not want to face?
