I looked up the history of Diebold's stock. The suit involves purchasers of the stock from Oct. '03 (when stock at a high of @57 points) through Sept. '05 (when the stock precipitously dropped from @47 to 37 points). Clearly a suit only aimed at recovering shareholder losses.
