The following is a list of U.S. Fatalities who have died in hospitals in Germany and The United States. Some have claimed that The Department of Defense does not report these deaths, they are obviously mistaken.

Because it's pretty clear that there were a number of fatalities in both cases... in both vidoes which are not connected to the latest one from Fallujah.
If so... why is this one suddenly making news? Sheer numbers? Location in Fallujah? Timing?
