listen to it. Stomach it if you can. By doing so, you can address certain points the will naturally occur to you as you listen to it. I would suggest you have a pencil and paper or a tape recorder around to record your thoughts.

Believe me, this is in all liklihood a no/win situation between you and your sister. She has fallen into this mindless path and usually it takes a rather jolting event to jar or begin to jar her back into her senses. I've been there, so I know what it's like.

If you can be civil to one another, that's a good thing in itself.
