“Mr. President, the recovery is not going exactly right,” Senator Lott said Friday. State's Congressional leaders worried over President's promise to help rebuild Coast...Harrison County has posts signs closing the beach since Gulfport opened Highway 90 to the public Thursday. The beach still has tons of debris left from Hurricane Katrina...Thousands of FEMA trailers are still needed for Coast survivors of Katrina, FEMA's goal to have residents in trailers by Christmas is unlikely to be met...The Coast's evacuation routes will have to be revised before the next hurricane season as bridges destroyed by Katrina will still be out of commission...WLOX TV to air 2-hour special on Katrina tonight starting at 7 p.m.... Harrison County's website is back online. Both the county's and the Harrison County's Sheriff websites had been out of service due to computer issue...The Coast is still in relief mode not recovery nearly three months after Hurricane Katrina. 12/2/05 4:36 PM
