Why would anyone equate the 'girls gone wild' sobriquet as ascribing "fault"?? As far as I know, there's nothing illegal about 'girls gone wild.' :shrug:

My "girls gone wild" sobriquet alludes to the prurient interest that, in some significant part, drives the media coverage. It'd be naive in the extreme to not recognize the media pandering to this same 'market.' (I think it's pretty remarkable that anyone would see such nomenclature as blame-mongering.)
