First, these things go in stages and take time to develop and mature. This is just the first stage. Fitzgerald is NOT going to rush into something without the tightest case possible. Sloppiness will get people off and he will not tolerate that.

Second, Libby really is far more important than Rove in this. This is beautifully explained by Steve Gilliard in this important thread:

I am very pleased and proud of what Fitzgerald and his people have done and will continue to do. He has been there when he was desperately needed - a hardworking, brilliant, honest hero. He has already put the corrupt GOP Congress to shame for refusing to investigate the Niger documents or anything else.
