48. I heard in one of the TV reports that Fitz had already said he wasn't
going to issue a report - which is being interpreted as: he won't have to. He's about to announce indictments. THEY'LL constitute his "report." He'd presumably only issue a report if there weren't any indictments, explaining what he'd found, what wasn't sufficient to take the case any further, and why. I think it was Leslie Stahl saying this on the new Steven Colbert show (after Jon Stewart) last night. It's all sort of washing over me by now. Hard to keep close track of things at this point.
