45. Yes, your opinion fits the pictures very well.
I have been looking at those pics closely. The key pics were Rove's attny and Fitz.

Rove's attny looked pleased with himself as if he thought he had been quite clever, and done a good job for his client. Rove looked half relieved but still worried. Maybe angling for a lesser charge of some sort via his attnys throwing somebody else to the wolves?

And Fitz looked like he had the weight of the world on his shoulders.
Deep in thought, perhaps even puzzled with angst. And then the hand over his heart, maybe some sort of prayer (I hear he is religious) to ask for guidance or wisdom?

I also felt like Fitz may still be connecting some dots. Could it not be over yet? Could there be some pieces he is confused about? Or does he have it all the dots connected and he is struggling with what do with it all?
