Horse Drawn Carriages back in the French Quarter
Advertisements [?]
About a third of the normal complement of carriages are back operating in the Quarter. 50 restaurants with limited menus are back in business. Many hotels are open, albeit full of fema types and national guardsmen and media folks. In about three weeks one span of the twin span of I-10 connecting New Orleans to the Northshore (Slidell) will be open. The interstate will go from three lanes to one lane for a five mile stretch but right now its three lanes to no lanes.
