Yeah, what if the threat is real? That's ALWAYS a possibility, but when you have a significant portion of the population saying "Nah, there's no terrorist plot, it's just another distraction..." it puts us in more danger if the threat turns out to be real. Shrub's lack of credibility is a threat in itself, one that won't go away until we can again trust our government.
