I'm sure there's been plenty of coordination within the Executive and their proxies to have a strong, unified...mafia-type...defense which can hinder the handing down of indictments and then drag the pre-trial and trial for a long period of time. Get ready for the infamous term "executive privilidge". Get used to it, since it's about time that comes into play in this situation.
