This is a place we discuss ideas. Do not think you are the only one working to change things. We can do both. Work for change and put pressure on our fellows to change as well.

Championing ideas is a vital form of making change come about. Things don't just change when its time to. It takes people struggling with each other. Working on new ideas. Conflicting with each other. All to move the pendelum. It doesn't just swing back. So waiting for it to do so will just give the right time to make sure it never can swing back.

The pendelum swings back because people and ideas make it swing back. We are those people and ideas. Bitching and whining are part of how ideas get put into the stream of consciousness.
