Soooooo tired of political speak where the edge is taken off, qualified, diluted, and couched.

I think demands like yours gain strength when this NO disaster is used to shed light on other disasters under Bush. Management of NO is just like mis-management of Iraq. Turning a deaf ear to hurricane warnings is like ignoring 9/11 warnings. Blaming/smearing others is also typical. Global warming may be a bigger face-plant for us than New Orleans, yet the administration still drags its feet.

This mismanagement is not isolated. Our government is filled with bad appointments such as Chertoff and Brown in every policy area.

I want your letter to get longer....one of our leaders needs to make the case as strongly as you do, incorporating 5 years' worth of outrages, crimes, and misplaced ideology.

Won't happen, but I'm with you.
