That's basically what Chertoff and BushCo are saying.

They think we'll buy it, but we're not. Katrina isn't killing the survivors in NOLA - Bush is killing them.

And Americans know it. This is what Cafferty said on TV: "I gotta tell you something, we got five or six hundred letters before the show actually went on the air, and no one - no one - is saying the government is doing a good job in handling one of the most atrocious and embarrassing and far-reaching and calamatous things that has come along in this country in my lifetime. Bush's and Chertoff's foot-dragging is tantamount to murder. They've closed down the airspace around NOLA (why???) so private helicopters can't airdrop food and water - and the Feds refuse to airdrop food and water as well. This is murder, no other word for it.
