and broke his back. He is in a small hospital in Pascagoula. He needs surgery and may not live - he is 21 years old. My neighbor hasn't heard from her family. They live in Gulfport 4 miles north of the I-10.
(We are in CA. She hasn't been able to reach anyone since early Mon. morning).
