The first time I watched MTP from beginning to end. All generals and all had harsh things to say about the premises and tactics of the administration and of Rumsfeld - although most did not say his name as they criticized.

All but one weasled at the round up query about what Iraq would look like in a year. All but one of the said it would be OK after blasting the operation for the rest of the show-- but Clark stuck to his analysis and predicted a bad situation with a President who would declare success and pull troops in time for the elections.

He emphasized over and over that it is a regional problem and that there is no meaningful diplomacy going on with Iran, Syria etc. and that without it the process is guaranteed to fail.
