Bush was not "the first president to fund stem cell research"

Prior to Clinton, the term didn't even exist, so it's pretty idiotic to say that, say Grover Cleveland didn't fund stem cell research.

(and that bastard Rutherford Hayes didn't fund the internet either!!!)
