Yet... I understand what those who find Randi abrasive object to. She gets under my own skin the most when she hogs the conversation with just about any caller and verbally runs over them.

Yet...
we need her, she is able to keep up the pressure, she is informed, she is smart, and if she isn't always totally correct it is part of doing a very difficult job that requires constant adrenalin.
If I can't tone her down, then I'll accept and love her as she is.
