126. One of the high points of my life was calling Schundler a pig to his face
while he was campaigning for re-election as mayor of Jersey City one morning at the Journal Square PATH station.

I was already on my way down the escalator to the platform when I saw him, so there wasn't any way he could have had me clapped in irons or anything.

That turned out to be a complicated election cycle in which I ended up at the polls three times, to vote for city council candidates who I knew to be tied in with a corrupt machine, just because they weren't his candidates.

On second thought, maybe I shouldn't have insulted the porcine species by comparing them to SchundLIAR...
