The SCOTUS ruled that it is "cruel and unusual punishment" for prisoners to be denied health care. Hence, all prisoners receive dental, visual and full health CARE.

I propose that, it is "cruel and unusual punishment" for any American to be denied health care. The U.S.A. is the most wealthy nation on the face of the earth. How can that wealthy nation deny health care tho the citizens that are the foundation of its wealth?

There is something really rucked-up,...about THAT
