whole reams of people for me. The worst is finding out that, oh, about 99% of my family has drunk deeply of the Kool-Aid.

Only one relative still speaks to me. That is fine with me at this point.

As for friends, I am fairly lucky. It is my friends who are much more in line with what is happening and do not give me a hard time-they think this whole thing is obscene.

ON EDIT: The irony is that what * is doing is more in line to the lead up of what the Nazis did. Go figure. But, there are just people who like to feel morally superior and/or outraged.
