It's not even an attempt at a rebuttal. It's simply a gratuitous insult.

Yes, *of course*, "does one country have the right to intervene in another countrys affairs, rather than letting it pick its own course" is a question I have considered, and I think it's possible to make a case against it, but the counter argument that I find overwhelming is that for intervention to be even considered under the criterion I'd like to see, it would have to be be being governed not by the will of it's populace, but by a dictator or similar, so that it would not be the people out of whose hands control was being taken.

Race has nothing whatsoever to do with it. I suspect that by the time anything like this could possibly be feasible, the invading countries are as likely to be places like Japan or India or South Africa as they are to be America or Europe, and the example I was holding up of a succesful invasion was of Kosovo.
