Patience, people, patience. Looks like these folks are starting to come to our side. Just hold your tongues for awhile and let them rant. When they're finished, first give them some comfort, then our sales pitch, but be gentle with it. Help steer them to sources where they can get help, where they can turn their anger into political energy.
