We'll see. If the Shia's take over the govt after the "suipposed" election, which is expected, we're going to see another theocracy, and depending on how radical they are, there goes freedom of religion, women's rights and god's moron's alleged democracy.

In addition, there has been a proven connection between Iran and the Shia's running for election in Iraq. So, how much safer will anyone be with two Arab theocracies working together.....against us.

As far as Iraqi's "safer" with Hussein gone? We're quickly approaching the same number of Iraqi deaths at the feet of god's moron as what occurred under Saddam, although the administration is not overly anxious to release those figures. It could be argued that the Iraqi's would be safer if the US was gone.
