There's no telling what I could ferret out given access to serious research tools like Lexis/Nexis. The problem with the Web is that the signal-to-noise ratio is rather low; that is, there's a lot of garbage out there.

Need background on the country or region where the news is happening? Give me the word and you'll have it by the next half-hour news cycle! Want to dig up some dirt on the Repuke Crook of the Day? I'm your man!

Oh yes, if the network is to be based in NYC, do note that CNN recently moved into the AOL Time Warner Center; it is unclear what became of their old diggings at Penn Plaza, if you receive my drift...
