As for the email, I love their principle #1. So, what constitutes near? What about if I am injured and cannot work anymore? What recourse do I have if I am one year away from this imaginary cut-off?
This crap is absolutely ridiculous. But I guess that about sums up this presidency anyway, huh?

To report any unwanted e-mails you receive, simply forward the messages to [email protected]. Make sure that you include the header information in the e-mail.
The FTC wants to know if you find an e-mail with an unsubscribe link that is not active, does not unsubscribe you or results in more spam. You can fill out a complaint form at www.ftc.gov/spam.
