7. they are fundamentally different from us
that's not "dehumanizing" them as some have accused me of doing, but they live in dark little fearful worlds and cannot under any circumstance take responsibility for choice in their lives. They love to align themselves with authority and power, and of course it doesn't REALLY matter if their god is good and benevolent, just so long as he's the most powerful one out there.

And, in my opinion, the god of the christian bible is kind of . . . petty and vindictive. Just like the fundies and neocons. Go figure.
