You know, if you really feel that Bev is above reproach and you're just the noble defender of all that is right and good (yadda yadda yadda), then these sorts of posts are just silly.

Obviously, David did not say anywhere that Bev is a Diebolder...and it is just as obvious that Bev DID indeed help Diebold greatly by getting all that evidence dismissed in CA with prejudice. They really had screwed up in CA and they got away with it with a tiny rebate of the millions of dollars CA paid them for their machines in the first place.

Nobody has said she is a Diebolder, ever. However, it is clear to most (except for the hardcore bots) that she is opportunistic (Clinton cigar, anyone?) and did not make a good decision by deciding to go for a Qui Tam. Nobody is saying that wanting to make money is bad...however, wanting to make money at the expense of voting reform IS bad. Wanting to make money at the expense of many good activists hard work IS bad. What Bev did is NOT helpful and there is simply no way for you to spin it and make it so.
