1) Bev Harris has accused other activists of stealing her work and making money off it. She accused me of cheating her, working for Diebold/ES&S etc, she's called me a liar and a thief, claimed she never got any money and has constantly warned people away from my site, accusing it of being "deceptive". All of these claims are utterly and demonstrably false.

2) Bev claimed that she did ALL the work on the book, which is a flat out lie.

3) Bev claimed her files were seized when here site was shut down, yet no such thing happened.

4) Bev Accused BartCop, EFF, Avi Rubin, Rebecca Mercuri, David Dill and MANY other people of secretly filing qui tam law suits in order to make money off "her" work. In reality, the only person filing a qui tam was Bev.

5) Bev told people she was contesting the settlement in California when she did no such thing and couldn't have if she wanted to.

6) Bev PUBLICLY humiliated, betrayed and fired Andy Stephenson, her most loyal follower after he finally got tired of her constant abuse and lies and quit. Bev pretended she didn't know he had quit when she talked to Randi, when she had already planned to fire him to discredit him.

7) Bev's qui tam lawsuit gave Diebold a complete pass for further mischief in CAlifornia since all the evidence presented was dismissed "with prejudice" as part of the settlement.

8) Bev has repeatedly abused memebers of the press, most recently Keith Oberlmann.

9) Bev has started re-writing history to eliminate or downplay other people's contribution, while highlighting or fabricating her own actions.

10) Bev is planning to file a federal qui tam to make even more money at the expense of wasting ALL the evidence dug up in the last two years.
